The Tyyster Pelti 12-string features a bolt-on painted Maple neck, open-back Schaller tuners, 3 pickups are installed – 2 proprietary humbuckers in the neck & bridge positions and a 3rd resonator-style pickup inside the body cavity.
Finnish luthier Ville Tyyster builds guitars out of metal, or ‘pelti’, the Finnish word for sheet metal. Although being a dream-come-true for a slide guitarist, Tyyster Pelti guitar is a natural choice for any guitar player looking for a top quality instrument.
