For 2012 Caparison have introduced the M3 body construction to the Horus model.
[bquote]The Horus is unique in design, featuring 27 frets but with a standard scale length, thus removing the need for the player to adjust their technique.[/bquote]A choice of Maple or Ebony can now be specified for the fingerboard material and the neck and headstock now feature binding. To ensure the higher frets are accessible the Horus features a compact body design and deep cutaway. The Sponge finish is applied by hand so each production model is visually unique.
