The Jackson USA PC-1 Phil Collen signature model boasts a quilted maple top and compound-radius flame fretboard to provide visual appeal that’s as captivating as it is original. The Jackson PC-1 has a mahogany body and quartersawn bolt-on maple neck. Floyd Rose Original double-locking trem. Jackson’s compound-radius fingerboard curves more dramatically at the nut for easy chording and flattens out as it approaches the neck joint for low-action bends without fretting out.
“I play this guitar more than any of all the others because it feels like it’s a part of me and gives the best response. For whatever reasons, it actually sounds better than any other guitar I’ve ever played” (Phil Collen – talking about his PC1 Solar “Soul-Ah)”

I bought a Solar finished Pc1, Let me tell you this. I own a Les paul , a usa strat, and two other jackson guitars a dinky and a mhq soloist. This Pc1 is the guitar that i am allways turning to. It has the capibility to get any sound that i want. It makes me feel like a true rock star to play it. It’s clean tones resemble a strat but its mean rockin roar with the built in sustainer will give you an edge that no one else has. You havent played a great guitar till you play one of these.
