Features a Basswood body, 3-piece JS Premium Maple neck with Bubinga stripe, Rosewood fretboard with 6105 frets, Joe’s favourite Edge bridge, 24 frets, Dimarzio Chopper and Mo’Joe pickups and a high pass filter on the volume pot.
“In the neck we’ve got the “Chopper” a pickup I’ve been using for several years now. It’s got a great clarity when you’re playing through a clean amp and a lot of power when you’ve got the gain up. We’ve paired it with the DiMarzio Mo’Joe which is something I’ve been using a lot. It’s like son of Fred, it’s just beefier, smoother combination between the basses and the mids, more power but it’s got that quirkiness of the Fred’s.
