Fender American Professional Stratocaster

New for 2017 Fender introduce the American Professional Series Stratocaster. This replaces the American Standard Series which began in 1987, and has been Fender’s flagship line for serious artists and players. The Fender American Professional Series is a rebrand of their main workhorse Stratocaster and features a series of upgrades including the new V-Mod pickups designed by in-house pickup guru Tim Shaw, treble-bleed circuits, a new ‘Modern Deep-C’ neck profile, narrow-tall frets and pop-in tremolo arm which snaps into place not screwed in. American Professional Series instruments are available in a variety of Ash and Alder body styles feature a choice of Rosewood or Maple fretboards. Three new colors have been introduced for this series: Sonic Gray, Mystic Seafoam and Antique Olive.
