The ESP Alex Skolnick FR is based on the ESP Eclipse body shape, with a standard single-cut body contour and a set-thru neck with a fast contour. The body is made of Mahogany and a two-piece flamed Maple top. The neck is made of three pieces of Maple and has a bound Rosewood fingerboard with a custom AS inlay at the 12th fret. Seymour Duncan AS Signature passive pickups are installed in both the bridge and neck positions, guaranteeing the authentic Alex Skolnick tone. Premium hardware installed include Grover tuners, master tone control with push/pull switch (coil-splitting) and an Original Floyd Rose bridge.
