The Revelation RJT-60 MTL is a semi-acoustic offset guitar with chambered Okoume body with ‘F-hole’. The Neck is Maple with a ‘C’ profile and 25.5″ scale length, fingerboard is Maple with 22 medium frets and Pearl block markers. Nut material is Nylon. Hardware features Revelation contemporary 6-hole mount Vintage Tremolo and a pop-in Tremolo arm, Revelation Vintage Style tuners and Vintage style control knobs.
The pickups are a pair of Alan Entwistle’s own H90 humbuckers, there’s a master tone and volume control with coil-split (push/pull) for single-coil sounds on the tone control. The 3-way switch selects between the two pickups or the two combined, however, there is also a five-way switch at the top of the guitar that further alters the tone from each pickup – this is the ATN-5 circuit that’s fitted to all RJT Series models and offers four positions, plus a bypass. These can be termed as passive tone presets – and are referred to as: 1. Vintage/Surf, 2. Country/Rock, 3. Blues/Rock and 4. Jazz.
